When Will my Order Arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 7-10 days from your initial order date. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and an additional 6 - 8 business days for the carrier to deliver to your home. If you requested Rush Shipping, please allow 5 – 7 days for your product to arrive. Some orders will have tracking numbers available for you to track online. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address. *

Who will Deliver my Package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available which may include the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx Ground or other package carriers. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process all requests for a specific shipping method.

International Orders
Most orders will arrive within 10 -15 days from your initial order date. We allow 2-3 business days to process your order and an additional 8 - 12 business days for the carrier to deliver to your home. Depending on the country, you may be required to pay an additional duty in your country.
