How Do I Return A Product?
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following the receipt of you shipment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.

Please include your packing slip when you return the merchandise so we can better locate your order in our system. Again, no returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following the receipt of your shipment.

Where's My Refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from receipt by our Fulfillemt Center Warehouse. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 14 business days to apply your credit.

I Want to Cancel my Order
Please submit your order cancellation request via the web form located here. We will be able to cancel your order provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process or expired the 30 day guarantee period.
